Ö Check the bolts that hold the fans blades to the ceiling fans every 3 months.
Ö Connect/disconnect hoses from outside faucets and drain their water.
Ö Trip circuit breakers, & GFI outlets (except circuits attached to your computers or alarms).
Ö Clean gutters and downspouts. Check them for leaks and attachment bracing.
Ö Check decks, benches, tables, chairs, and any exposed exterior wood surfaces.
Ö Check restrooms for broken stall hardware, broken tile, faucet leaks, & caulking.
Ö Check sidewalks for cracks and faded markings.
Ö Check walls & FRP for holes and cracks that need caulking or sealing.
Ö Check for missing or lose trim in dining areas.
Ö Check for table top deteriorated finish.
Ö Check for brick or mortar damage.
Ö Pour 5 gallons of hot water down each drain every two weeks.
Ö Check floor and cove tile for broken & cracked tiles.
Ö Check freezer floors threshold tile and freezer door gasket.
Ö Check paint for flaking, nicks, and graffiti.
Ö Check dining room air vents for grime & dirt.
Ö Spray vent covers with scotch guard to prevent grime build up.
Ö Replace faulty outlets and broken outlet covers.
Ö Check light ballast and broken light lens.
Ö Check weather stripping & door sweeps.
Ö Re-drive nails & screws that work their way out.
