Letter From the Owner I established the company in May 1988 when I recognized a need for restaurants to have one number they could call for most of their general repair and maintenance needs.  I began with six local restaurants of a national chain and have grown to service a variety of local and national restaurants.   I understand budget constraints and am committed to keeping your best interest in mind.  When practical, I love repairing things that others might think “can’t be fixed.”  One of my favorite quotes from Walt Disney is “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.”   My commitment to you is to provide quality service from a reliable company based on integrity and honor.   James McCaig
